Refund and Missed Session Policy

DoceoTutor offers the following options in the case of a refund or missed session:

1. If the tutee misses or fails to attend the meeting (defined as not present at 10 minutes past the meeting start time), the prearranged price is to be paid in full (excluding emergencies). Free cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours in advance of the session. If a session's duration must be cut short, either by the student or their parent, the prearranged price it to be paid in full.

2. If the tutor misses or fails to attend a meeting (excluding unforeseen and/or extreme circumstances), a full refund will be automatically provided if payment has already occurred.

3. If the tutee or associated guardian does not feel satisfied with DoceoTutor's services, an email may be sent to thomas.ackleson@gmail.com requesting a refund. Please title the subject as "Request for Refund."
